Attitude and not your aptitude decides
Do they build you up as a person, or do they bring you down like crabs in a bucket? About 20 per cent of the meeting is normally taken up with looking at exactly what went wrong and the rest is spent discussing how to put the problem right.
I would think carefully about limiting how much time you spend with them. People want to be around a person with a positive attitude.
Of course not, but if they hinder your positive attitude on a regular basis…. They either plug along like nothing happened or they get more excited to overcome them.
Attitude and not your aptitude decides
The key to real success is an ability to adapt to change, and that will never happen if you approach every challenge with a negative attitude. Take the time to train it and you will find that you will be less influenced by negative people and external challenges. How far you go in life, what contribution you make to the world, will largely be determined by your attitude. Barriers: How well do you deal with obstacles? Skills and knowledge are important, no doubt, but they can be acquired with time; however, attitude is something that is inherent in an individual and it is comparatively difficult to change with time.
